Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

   1. Osha mchele na uroweke kwa muda wa dakika 20
   2. Tia mafuta katika sufuria, kaanga kitunguu maji mpaka kigeuke rangi ya hudhurungi (brown).
   3. Mimina viazi, thomu na tangawizi,  bizari zote na kaanga.
   4. Tia nyanya uliyokatakata ikaange mpaka iwive.
   5. Tia tuna endelea kukaanga kidogo tu.
   6. Tia maji, yatakapochemka tia mchele.
   7.  Punguza moto uwe mdogo funika kwa muda wa ½ saa hadi wali ukauke na uwive. Utakuwa tayari  kuliwa.
