Mrowanishe kuku na viungo hivi kwa muda mdogo tu

Kuku (Mkate kate Vipande)                                  4  LB

Thomu na Tangawizi paste                                   2  tablespoon

Chumvi                                                                   kiasi

Pilipili nyekundu ya unga                                       1 tablespoon

Bizari ya manjano (Haldi au Tumeric)                  1 teaspoon

Bizari ya pilau ya powder (Jeera)                         1 teaspoon

Gilgilani powder (Dania)                                        1 teaspoon

Ndimu                                                                     1 tablespoon

 

Mchele na vitu vya Masala:

 

Mchele (Basmati mzuri) (rowanisha)                   7 cups

Mafuta ya kupikia                                                  kiasi

Vitunguu                                                                8 Medium

Tomatoes (chopped)                                             3 medium

Thomu na Tangawizi paste                                   1 tablespoon

Garam Masala                                                       1 tablespoon

Hiliki powder                                                         ½ teaspoon

Tomatoe paste                                                     1 tablespoon

Pilipili mbichi zipasue katikati                               4

Chumvi                                                                  kiasi

Mtindi                                                                    4 tablespoon

Kotmiri iliokatwa (Chopped)                                ½ cup

Mafuta ya kunyunyuzia katika wali                     3 table spoon

Zaafarani au rangi ya biriani                                  kiasi

 

NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

1·         Weka kuku aliyerowanishwa na viungo vyake katika Foil tray au chombo chocote utakachomwagia wali humo humo na kupikia biriani, kisha mchome (Bake)  mpaka awive na awe mkavu kiasi.

2·         Wakati kuku anapikika, kaanga vitunguu katika karai au sufuria mpaka viwe brown na epua nusu yake weka kando.

3·         Punguza mafuta yabakie kiasi tu, ongeza Thomu na tangawizi, na viungo vyote vya hapo juu isipokuwa Mtindi na kotmiri, endelea kukaanga hadi tomatoe zilainike.

4·         Ongeza chumvi, malizia mwisho kwa kutia mtindi, kotmiri na vile vitunguu ulivyoweka kando.  Masala yako tayari.

5·         Mwagia masala juu ya kuku uliyekwishmpika changanya vizuri.

6·         Chemsha Mchele uwive nusu, chuja na mwagia juu ya masala.

7·         Nyunyiza mafuta kidogo juu ya mchele na zaafarani au rangi ya biriani.

8·         Bake katika moto wa 350 – 400 kwa muda wa 15 – 20 minutes.  Biriyani imekuwa tayari kuliwa.

Mtindi wa kutolea Biriyani:

 

Mtindi                                                                           1 kikombe

Pilipili mbichi                                                                1 ndogo

Thomu                                                                          chembe mbili

Nanaa                                                                           kiasi

Chumvi                                                                         chembe tu

Weka kwenye Blender na uchanganye, kisha mimina katika bakuli
